RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Morton Pedalboards offer a 30 day return policy for any and all items purchased from the company through mortonpedalboards.com with FREE Return Shipping included.
Only unused items are acceptable to be returned in their original packaging.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for item return approval
- We will provide a return shipping label at no cost. Follow all instructions sent to you via our email response team regarding your return inquiry.
- Upon receiving the returned item(s) Morton Pedalboards will inspect the item(s).
- Once approved, the original payment method will be refunded. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returning a Purchase: We accept returns on all unused products in original condition and products received with manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery. We are diligent about inspecting our products for defects prior to shipping to the customer. If you think that your product has manufacturing defects, we require picture proof of such defects prior to return approval. Morton Pedalboards reserves the right to determine that all criteria are met. We provide free return shipping on all products meeting the requirements mentioned above. This excludes both expedited and international shipping. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Verification: Your item(s) will be inspected upon arrival in a timely manner and you may be contacted if there is any further information required to process your return. This may include proof of purchase or other forms of personal identification. We will notify you via email confirmation that your return has been successfully processed.
Receiving your refund: Typical refund response is 1-2 business days once the item(s) are received by the returns department. An email notification will be sent upon receiving your returned item(s). All approved refunds are only eligible to be returned to the original payment method of the purchaser. The transfer of funds typically takes 1-3 business days to clear credit card processing centers or banking institutions, however, this process should be allotted 30 days. Please check with your bank or credit card company if you think your return is missing, as sometimes funds have been cleared but have not been made available. If the refund is not found in some stage of the process with either of these institutions, feel free to contact us at email@example.com so we may better assist you in obtaining your refund.
Exchange Policy: We are currently not set up for exchanges. Please return your item for a full refund and purchase any other items you may like from us at your convenience.
Discount and Sale Items: Items not eligible for return or exchange include B-stock, blemished products, discounted items, and closeouts.
Gifts: If you would like to receive store credit in the event you do not wish to keep the item you have received as a gift please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information. This only applies to items marked as gifts at checkout. In the event the item was not classified in this way at check-out, the refund will be attributed to the original method of payment and the listed purchaser.
Shipment and Product Issues: If something is wrong with your order by way of a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect item(s) please contact us at email@example.com. Let us know what went wrong and we will make it right. Provide us with your order number and a picture of your received order to help us quickly evaluate a refund or replace your item(s) in a timely fashion. We pride ourselves in taking care of our customers and standing behind our products. Please let us know if something did not meet your expectations!
