WARRANTY

 

All products purchased from Morton Pedalboards are covered with a lifetime warranty for workmanship and material defects. The lifetime warranty provided for these items is limited to wear and tear, along with consequential and incidental damage to both property and persons from misuse or abuse, and improper storage or transportation.  All warranties are non-transferable and only cover the original purchaser of the item(s) in question. The lifetime warranty will not cover any modified or altered products, unless implemented by Morton Pedalboards LLC.  Please keep all receipts and documentation of purchase as proof of purchase lies solely with the purchaser and is required to submit a claim.

Please submit all warranty inquiries to us at support@mortonpedalboards.com so our team can assist you in a timely fashion. Please present your proof of purchase along with any clear photos of the issue or damage, in order to insure we can quickly resolve your issue and get you back to playing!
